Voici mon compte-rendu du Wrestling Society X du 27 février :

Match 1 : Matt Sydal vs. Scorpio Sky
Bon match avec de l’action en continu et plusieurs moves high fly très sympa. Je commence à adorer Sydal déjà.

Match 2 : Keepin' It Gangsta (Ruckus & Babi Sylmm) vs. That 70's Team (Joey Ryan & Disco Machine)
Mdr les faux effets de lumière sur l’échelle enargent soi-disant. Sinon Rockus m’a vraiment fait très bonne impression dans ce bon match encore, rapide et high fly.

Match 3 : El Hombre Blanco Enmascarado vs. The Human Tornado
Match annulé par l’attaque de 6-Pac sur Tornado. A la place, Vampiro se fait allumé par un montre à la tête cramée. Qui a dit qu’il n’y aurait pas de feud ?? :)


Note finale : 7,5/10. Show de grande qualité niveau lutte mais qui ne prend que la moitié du temps avec les introductions et autres segments. Ca reste amateur à certains moments avec les effets sonores notamment.

Huge News: Wrestling Society X series cancelled says strong MTV source

An insider from MTV is claiming that the decision has been made by the network, to cancel the Wrestling Society X series, according to Dave Scherer of PWInsider.com. The move is believed to have been made earlier today, and was done due to the drop in ratings since its first week.

It is unknown if the six remaining episodes will air on MTV or not. Scherer adds that it's already been stated that the series will be pulled immediately.

Though apparently pulled by MTV, Big Vision Entertainment retains the rights to the promotion, so it is possible that WSX could move the series to a different network or release DVDs, if they decide to continue.

As this news comes from a source from MTV, it is important to remember that at this moment, the network has not made any public indications that WSX is indeed canceled. The series is still listed on the MTV website to air this Tuesday at 10:30PM (Eastern), while clips of WSXtra are still posted as well.

As reported late last night by Martin Hawrysko, it appears MTV has made a final decision to cancel the "Wrestling Society X" series after only four episodes.

PWInsider is reporting that MTV has already removed next week's scheduled airing of Wrestling Society X (which was to be Episode #5) and have replaced it with "High School Stories: Scandals, Pranks, Controversies." MTV's website has also removed WSX from its listing of official series as well. The official website for WSX (WSX.MTV.com) is still currently online.

Declining ratings for WSX was a strong factor in MTV making the decison yesterday to reportedly cancel the series. Here is how the ratings breakdown looked for MTV this past Tuesday (February 28) including WSX: "Bam's Unholy Union" at 8:00pm did a 0.7 rating, "Bam's Unholy Union" at 8:30pm did a 0.8 rating, "Road Rules XIV" at 9:00pm did a 0.7 rating, "Bam's Unholy Union" at 9:30pm did a 1.0 rating, "Two-A-Days" at 10:00pm did a 0.9 rating and "Wrestling Society X" at 10:30pm did a 0.6 rating.

WSX losing a third of the audience from its lead-in, "Two-A-Days", did not help its cause after returing from a one week hiatus. We will continue to follow this story as it develops.

C'est confirmé et de manière directe même, ils ne vont même pas passer les 6 derniers épisodes de la saison 1.

Par contre, la WSX ferme juste quand la WWE se décidait, en partie à cause d'eux, à remonter un peu sa division CW. J'espère qu'ils ne vont pas changer d'avis du coup ...

MTV is making no statement in regards to canceling Wrestling Society X. However, WSX will be pulled off the Tuesday night lineup in order to strategize the best way to bring the show back to the network and to the fans.

Although the show has not been performing as well as the network had hoped in the Tuesday night lineup, we have been told that other MTV departments including MTV 2, MTV Online, MTV Mobile, and MTV Video-On-Demand are 100% behind Wrestling Society X. Additionally, the Creative and Development executives at MTV have commended us on the production of the show and are saddened by the lack of response due to scheduling mishaps and under-promotion.

Until details are released regarding when the next NEW episode of WSX will air, all four previous episodes will be available on WSX.MTV.COM along with their WSXtra counterparts. Furthermore, fans with MTV Video-On-Demand can watch both the regular episodes and WSXtras on their TVs.

s'il reste de l'espoir c'est bien, et puis de toute façon beaucoup de feds indy ne sont pas télévisées et perdurent.

MTV a renversé sa décision et passera un autre épisode de WSX ce mardi mais on ne sait pas encore le créneau horaire. Un ou deux autres épisodes pourraient être diffusés mais le futur de cette fédération reste incertain : il se pourrait que MTV passe les épisodes uniquement car elle les a payé.

Ce sera toujours ça de gagné pour nous ! :)

MTV has scheduled to run a marathon next week showing unaired episodes of Wrestling Society X, reports Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com. The marathon will air next Tuesday (March 13) beginning at 11pm eastern. Scheduled for the following Tuesday (March 20)at 10:30pm eastern is what is expected to be the series finale of WSX. That episode is to feature an exploding steel cage match.

It is assumed that MTV has decided to air the remaining episodes, only because they are obligated to do so by contract. MTV obviously has chosen to air the episodes and move on as fast as they possibly can.

En gros, MTV va diffuser les autres épisodes car c'est marqué dans le contrat mais le plus rapidement possible car elle veut se débarasser de ce programme lol.
